Now for the fun part—golf!
You’re officially registered for our event at Tempo Golf, taking place the weekend of February 20–22. The format will be a scramble, meaning all players hit from the same spot chosen by the team. This keeps things fast-paced and enjoyable for everyone. Your exact tee time will be shared closer to the event.
Temp Golf is located inside Extreme Ice Center – 4705 Indian Trail Fairview Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079
Event Format & Rules
- Rounds: Each team will play 18 holes on either Friday evening or Saturday. (Our plan is for all teams to play Saturday, but if participation exceeds expectations, some rounds will take place Friday.)
- Front 9: Standard course with a 6-foot “gimme” circle.
- Back 9: Alternate course with a 3-foot “gimme” circle.
- Scoring: Bogey is the maximum score on any hole.
- Time Limit: Each round must be completed in 2 hours, 45 minutes. Any unfinished holes will be scored as bogeys.
Championship Round – Sunday
- Top 6 teams advance, with pairings based on standings: #1 vs #2, #3 vs #4, #5 vs #6.
- Championship course has no gimme circles—all putts must be holed.
- Bogey remains the maximum score.

- Front 9 score
- Largest Blind Donation
Extras & Prizes
- On Sunday, after the championship round, we’ll host a Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin contest.
- Prizes will be awarded throughout the weekend for both team and individual performances.
